eMoov lowers the cost of acquiring new clients

eMoov are the UK’s leading online estate agent.  They have been in operation since 2009 and have saved their users over £23 million to date in estate agent fees.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) is the key metric.  Their users tend to have a longer user journey and will quite often convert by phone call rather than directly via the website.  We needed to bring up the quality of the leads that were coming to the sales team and we needed to bring down their CPA overall.

The main brief was to lower the CPA – this we did through a mixture of tight control over match types and ensuring we were appearing against the most relevant key terms. Early results show CPA is down 48% month on month – and leads are converting at a much higher rate than previously.

Ransom Spares overcome tight margins with PPC

Ransom Spares are an online provider of white goods spare parts. They operate from a warehouse in Yeovil with over 5 million different parts.
